Advance Auto Body provides automotive collision repair, paint services, dent repair, and related automotive services at our facility located at 14325 Iseli Rd, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670. Our website allows customers to:

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided through our website or in-person are preliminary and subject to change upon physical inspection of the vehicle. Final pricing may vary based on:

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to market conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Warranty

We provide a comprehensive warranty on our workmanship as outlined in your repair order. Warranty terms vary by service type and are explained at the time of service. Warranty does not cover:

• Damage from accidents after repair completion
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from improper vehicle maintenance
• Acts of nature (hail, flooding, etc.)

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Advance Auto Body shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Vehicle Storage and Abandonment

Vehicles left at our facility for more than 30 days after completion of work or estimate may be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to:

• Charge daily storage fees of $25 per day after 30 days
• Place a lien on the vehicle for unpaid charges
• Dispose of the vehicle in accordance with California law after proper notice

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A service charge of $35 will be applied to all returned checks.

8. Insurance Claims

While we work with all insurance companies, the customer is ultimately responsible for all charges. We provide estimates and documentation to assist with insurance claims, but cannot guarantee insurance coverage or reimbursement amounts.
